If you were to ask Tracy Schauwecker Perry what her key to business success is, she©ˆll tell you it's about 2 very important lessons her parents taught at a young age. First, that seemingly small deeds can have a great impact and secondly, that if you do your best for others, it will all come back to you. Tracy learned these 2 valuable lessons by watching her parents set the example in both their personal life and careers as Builder and Realtor®.
Today, as a respected real estate professional, Tracy applies these words of wisdom to her own life. She understands how important buying or selling a home is to her clients and does her very best to ensure that they reach their goals. She makes the process smooth and worry free. From key issues to the smallest detail, Tracy’s experience and business savvy are the keys to her exceeding her client’s expectations. Tracy is making a great impact in her home town of Shelton by helping her clients with one of life’s most important investments.
When Tracy finds time, she likes to spend it with her family and friends. You may catch her sitting in her favorite chair reading her latest cooking magazine or off at the beach. Tracy likes giving back to the community she was raised in by participating in the “Relay for Life”, a fund raising event for the American Cancer Society. Tracy has also learned about achieving “curb appeal” from her husband Salvatore through his landscape construction knowledge. Tracy graduated from Hartford University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and is also currently pursuing her MBA.
